“Everything ran smoothly. Staff were friendly and informative. We saw humpback whales who made many appearances while we were out on the water. As a large family we used this company as it was such great value in having much lower child prices than the adult prices. Would highly recommend”

“We really loved our time whale watching on the Amelia Rose Yacht! We were lucky with good weather in the morning and saw a few Humpback whales and many Minke whales. The guide was very helpful teaching us how to spot the first signs of whales coming to the surface. The wind on the deck of the boat does get cold so bundle up! And there is a nice seating area inside with a bar and a bathroom if needed. We also enjoyed the smaller crowd on this boat and were able to see most of the whales spotted between the three levels of decks available.”

“Amazing experience and we got to see 2 humpbacks at close range. Wrap up warm as the wind chill makes it very very cold. Would do it again for certain! Only negative is that they rushed us back to harbour once we’d seen the whales cutting the trip short by nearly 45 mins, rather than giving us longer to watch them.”

“Overall fun experience even though we took the 9am tour which was the first tour of the day hoping to see Whales, but only saw a few fins, not that exciting. Very cold, wet and rough waters getting out there so expect to get wet! They provide great gear for all. Austin our guide was great, very informative. I will say the negative was that it was also suppose to be whales & puffins, but the puffins aspect of the tour was never addressed, so not sure if what happened with that (?) overall no regrets.”

“We had such a great experience as a family (2 adults, 2 children). We have been wanting to see whales for a long time and finally got to tick them off the bucket list. So pleased we got to see a few groups of Humpback whales - amazing! I would definitely recommend this trip to others, the crew were great at tracking them and communicating with all on board. We didn't use the warm areas or bars onboard, but it was good to know that facilities were available if we needed to use them. We were too engrossed with taking the experience in on the top deck! 🐋❤️”

“Good tour but they crammed in a lot. Could have used more time at waterfall - we had to jog to see the view from both sides, rest of the group just saw one side. An hour at the baths (including lunch) was no where near enough time. Our guide dropped us and we skipped the mud baths but even 1.5 hours wasn’t really enough. By the time we got through the lines and 3 kids dressed we had maybe 20 min to swim before we had to pack everything up and stand in more lines for lunch. It felt very rushed. I would say unless you can get more…”
