“The less positive review is due to two factors: the employees approach their work with little enthusiasm (it's clear that what matters is the money) and they don't prioritize safety. The bus went off the road and almost overturned, frightening all the passengers. The driver had to get out to ask another bus for help to tow us with ropes. He didn't say a word to the passengers to calm them down, even when they were all at a 45º angle, which is regrettable. Another factor is the cleanliness; I'm sure this bus hasn't been cleaned inside for a year, just look at the photos I've posted.”

“The guides were extremely helpful and informative! Super lovely and even took amazing photos of us at the break whilst the sun was setting. Would recommend the latest slot to catch the sunset and the moon together over the glaciers. Couldn’t fault them one bit! Bucket list moment ticked for us! :)”
