“Amazing experience. Our guide Amelia was fantastic, very informative and made the long journeys more enjoyable. We got picked up from the bus closest to our hotel, the journey was all smooth with no waiting around. Enough time at each stop. Snowmobiling was a once in a life time experience, absolutely fantastic! All equipment and instructions were provided which didn’t take long (I was worried this would be long and boring!). Transport in the big truck to and from the glacier is an hour either way. Definitely recommend taking your own sandwiches/snacks as it’s a long journey and the stops, which all provided food, are quite pricey ☺️Read more”

“The less positive review is due to two factors: the employees approach their work with little enthusiasm (it's clear that what matters is the money) and they don't prioritize safety. The bus went off the road and almost overturned, frightening all the passengers. The driver had to get out to ask another bus for help to tow us with ropes. He didn't say a word to the passengers to calm them down, even when they were all at a 45º angle, which is regrettable. Another factor is the cleanliness; I'm sure this bus hasn't been cleaned inside for a year, just look at the photos I've posted.”

Would recommend the latest slot to catch the sunset and the moon together over the glaciers. Couldn’t fault them one bit! Bucket list moment ticked for us! :)”

“I was disappointed that the tour was different from the promotion. The material said the tour group was a maximum of 10 participants. You can see in the pictures that we had nearly 40 on our group. I paid a premium for a small group and did not get what I paid for. Also, this was a 10 hour tour. We spent a total of 50 minutes on the snowmobile. I think it would be better to disclose the amount of time snowmobiling. Finally, we had two riders per snowmobile. I wish we had been given an option to pay more for individual snowmobiles. Everything about the day exceeded my expectations. Our guide, Pior, was truly outstanding — knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire trip feel personal and relaxed. “Fantastic experience! Our driver was friendly, informative, and got us there and back safely despite the snowy, icy roads. We arrived at Basecamp early, grabbed a warm coffee, and got fully kitted out with all the gear—no need to bring loads of ski clothing. The 45-minute drive to the glacier was stunning, with snow-covered mountains and lava fields. After a quick safety briefing, we set off on the snowmobiles. The ride to the ice cave was only about 15–20 minutes each way—shorter than expected—but the cave itself was absolutely magical. I’ve never seen anything so vividly blue and beautiful. “We were told in advance that the ice cave had collapsed so wouldn’t be part of our tour so we were kept fully informed. The snow mobiling was amazing the views were stunning. We got picked up in a big snow truck which was fun. It’s about 2 hours to the glacier, we love watching the scenery but know some people don’t like to travel far so to be aware of that before you book. The secret lagoon is lovely and much less touristy than the blue lagoon.”
