“This tour was well organized and ran smoothly. The guide was well informed and helpful. These areas of Iceland are beautiful and need to be seen to be appreciated. A small lunch of one sandwich and a bottle of water was included. Visitor centers at the sites provided opportunity for comfort stops and purchasing snacks. I would highly recommend this tour.”

“My wife and I had a great time on this tour. We got to learn a lot about Iceland and their people. It was an all day trip that included the falls, volcano, the Dark City to see where trolls live, and a hot springs. The hot springs are not for swimming though. Our guide made sure everyone was comfortable and gave us lots of info at every stop.”

“Good tour but they crammed in a lot. Could have used more time at waterfall - we had to jog to see the view from both sides, rest of the group just saw one side. An hour at the baths (including lunch) was no where near enough time. Our guide dropped us and we skipped the mud baths but even 1.5 hours wasn’t really enough. By the time we got through the lines and 3 kids dressed we had maybe 20 min to swim before we had to pack everything up and stand in more lines for lunch. It felt very rushed. I would say unless you can get more…”

“I love absolutely everything. The driver was very kind to help me getting my walker in and out. The Icelandic guide was very professional with a witty sense of humor. A bit morè time should be allowed for the activitat. Long time was used queueing for toilets.”

“The tour operator was great, very knowledgeable. Loved the waterfalls, seeing the puffins, geothermal waters. There was a festival in Husavik so we could not stop. We did a drive through of the town. It would have been nice if we could have stopped at another town or did something else in place of this stop which was supposed to be an hour. Therefore we got back an hour earlier. There were some people on the bus who were worried about missing the ship but we still would have been fine if we had the extra hour. That is why I gave only 4 stars.”

“Always on time, the tour was good as far as what we saw… the only issue was with the lunch provided, which included just one option, and we were not able to eat the sandwiches at the thermal baths, we were told that we needed to eat at the parking lot…. I suggest in the future to provide a voucher from the cafeteria at the baths, this way we would be allowed to eat our lunch inside”
