“The Coach and Tour Comoany Jewel didn't show up to collect us at our hotel at 0930. They said they couldnt find the hotel. Contacted Viator who offered a 1200noon with the same company. We agreed to then be told it was full and not available. And book an alternative date. Unfortunately we were on our last day, which put a downer on our holiday. Viator made excuses for the Tour company which fell on deaf ears as thats what I do for a living in Ireland. Disgraceful treatment.”

“Pick up service was very punctual and friendly before transferring onto a larger coach. Our guide, Mr K and driver, Augustine were excellent. Mr K was very informative, giving us all a brief explanation about Icelandic history and the meaning of each stop off point. The views were AMAZING! Our favourite stop off was the giant waterfall, which was breathtaking. Plenty of facilities to purchase food, drinks and souvenirs along the way plus plenty of toilets when needed. “This is a long day but plenty of comfort breaks. It really shows you what Iceland is about. I’ve done this before but this was a fabulous return trip for me, I’d brought with me 3 Iceland novices and I thought I’d sleep through most of it but it was so completely different. One big difference was the guide Nick who was actually from Elgin, Scotland. His knowledge was amazing and he told us about his journey to live in Iceland. Fascinating .”
