“This was my favorite experience so far in Iceland — a must-do if you can manage! The drysuit is cumbersome, but it’s very buoyant and easy to swim in. You’ll have to be a bit patient with getting set up, but it’s well worth it! The fissure looks exactly like the pictures. Mickey was the best, and I loved our girl group. A lot of reviews mention the water temperature: Brace for the worst, but I promise it’s really not that bad. The tour drew a great mix of solo travelers, as well.
