“After four very tumultuous days in Iceland, I feel it necessary to warn other Viator users about tourism in Iceland including the transfer service to/from the Sky Lagoon. The Sky Lagoon itself was a nice enough experience although overpriced like everything else in Iceland. However, if you book this activity with bus transfers PLEASE NOTE that the bus company might change the transfer schedule with less than 24 hours notice and only informs you through the chat in the Viator app, without advising the staff at the Sky Lagoon. Only place to eat unless you pack your own lunch. Ended the day at the Sky lagoon. Perfect, organized, and timely. Tony was our guide, native Icelander- a wealth of information. We had 4 in our group, traveled with husband’s parents. All enjoyed the trip!”
